Terms and Conditions

1. The session begins at the agreed-upon time and location and ends at the agreed-upon time. Additional time for any reason will be charged at $150 USD per hour. 2. The session may be subject to schedule changes during holidays or special events. 3. In the event of heavy rain, snow, extreme cold, or extreme heat, the session may be canceled and postponed as we cannot use our equipment in these conditions. In the event of we need to cancel due to weather, a full refund will be given. 4. We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss of property during the session. 5. A 30% deposit is required to reserve your session. The remainder of the fee is due at the end of the session (via cash or credit card). 9. Walter Jaurena Photography retains all intellectual, artistic and proprietary rights to the photographs and you hereby grant acknowledge that they can be used, distributed, sold, published and/or disseminated said photos on social media, websites, or any other medium. 10. Unedited RAW photos will not be delivered for any reason. 11. The deposit is non-refundable. 12. By booking the session, you agree to the terms and conditions stated above. Cancellation Policy In the event you cancel your session, your deposit is non-refundable. You may however reschedule your reservation to another time.
